This one sports the classic shape of a cleaver with the performance of an over-sized chef. The high shine of the tang and outer profile contrast the hand rubbed, satin/forged flats. The blade also sports heavy texturing for improved food release and a sure, pleasing grip. The handle is heavily sculpted and the knife is comfortable in a standard or pinch grip. With a razor thin edge and old world feel, this is one of my favorite knives to date.
