The most prominent feature of this chef is the damascus feather blade. Building this pattern is high risk/high reward and the nature of the pattern reveals the techniques used both to assemble the pattern and forge the blade. This is a lean, fast knife. It is stiff with little to no flex. The handle was constructed with a “museum” style fit and domed pins, giving it a pleasant texture and high-end feel.
