In 2020, Tattoo artist Greg Lodato helped me realize the design for the original “Troubadour” character. In celebration of my first forays into providing mid tech culinary tools, I asked Greg to give the Troubadour a new look. Sporting a retro diner cook cap, holding a Moxy and one of my forged cleavers, he’s ready to whip up some action in your kitchen.

I chose this old-school baseball shirt to suit the retro spirit of my Moxy line.
